'MARINE FOODS' CHUUKA IIDAKO

Raw baby flower octopus from various catch countries such as China, Thailand and Vietnam is cooked in Japan and processed into a salad. The Chuuka (Chinese) style sauce includes sesame oil, soy sauce, peppers and salt. The product is colored deep red with an artificial coloring.
Chuuka Iidako is packed in 4.4 lb white plastic tubs with re-attachable lids. Four tubs are bundled together with plastic straps.
Chuuka Iidako is not for
everybody. The cooked octopus are bite-sized whole with head and
tentacles. They are a bit crunchy. Mild spices highlight the
flavor.
