'ICICLE' IMITATION CRAB
Icicle offers a number of different formulas and packs of imitation crab.
They pack under the following labels and formulas. Icicle also packs a private label imitation crab on a contract basis.
Value or plain packaging - water first, disjunctive (can alternate between whiting, pollock or cod).
Ship Ahoy – fish first, disjunctive.
Supreme – fish first, disjunctive, real snow crab added
Deluxe – fish first, pollock only, real king crab added
Common packaging is 2.5 lb printed pouches and 1 lb printed pouches. The 2.5 lb are boxed 12 per master carton and the 1 lb package is packed 15 per case
Most Icicle imitation crab product is UPC coded and has nutritional labeling.
