Marine Foods seaweed salad is processed in Japan. The key ingredients are seaweed, agar-agar and tree mushrooms. Vinegar, red pepper, chili, and sesame add to the product’s distinct flavor.
Sturdy white plastic re-sealable tubs are used to pack 4.4 lb of product. An inner plastic bag also protects the product. Four tubs are stacked and banded with plastic strapping for a 17.6 lb master bundle.
This product adds color
and an exotic quality to seafood buffets and salad bars.
Traditional usage has been in Japanese restaurants and sushi bars, but
the product is gaining popularity in white table cloth restaurants as
well.
