- CLAMS, STEAMER - Canadian Little Necks  - winter generally poor = night time low tides

                                       - late Feb / March opening - then summer is usually good landing.

                                       - Most Littlenecks come from the Northern part of Vancouver Island.

                                      - Canadian government controls beach openings.  Red tides can affect production.
